Insurance

We work with ALL insurance companies, big and small. Insurance companies have a couple different ways that they write estimates. Some request that you send in photos, others come out and look at the vehicle in person. Insurance will almost always come back with a lower estimate than the body shop, rest assured that this is normal. This does not mean that the original estimate from the insurance company is the final amount required for repairs. When the vehicle arrives at our shop we will then submit a supplement for any additional damage or necessary repairs that may be required. The supplement process can take anywhere from 1-5 business days depending on the insurance company, however we take care of this process for you.
